Steps: 1. Cut the pattern close to design and gently remove the clear sheet. 2. Take out the element carefully and place on the surface where you have to transfer the image (Facing white back sheet on the top and design facing to surface) 3. Dip sponge in water and dab it with sponge to remove air bubbles and to make the image settle completely on the surface. 4. Carefully slide the white sheet from the flim. Do not Touch the transferred flim with hands and let it dry for some time. Seal the transfer with varnish or any good seal.

Once verified: If the damage is confirmed, we'll promptly initiate a full refund for the product and any applicable shipping costs. You'll also receive instructions on returning the damaged item (return shipping may be covered depending on the situation).
