REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION

We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

1. RETURN REQUESTS

Upon your purchase of the product through the Company’s Platform, you do not have the right to place a return request or process a return request on general grounds. If the product so delivered is Damage when received, Wrong Goods delivered, Quality not matched as per description, the User or the Customer may raise a request for the Return of the product by contacting the customer care of the Platform within 24 hours from the delivery of the product. A return request shall be made only upon the Customer has sufficient proofs for the product to be damaged on delivery or the product so delivered is incorrect. The Return or the Refund process shall be undertaken by the Company or the Platform if the Customer or the User does not have sufficient proofs towards the same. Return by courier only permitted. Our nominated courier service provider will pick the material within 3 working days of complaint with detail photo and description, but after verification by our counterpart in that country as we are selling cross border only

2. PROCESSING OF REFUND:

Refunds are done within 7 business days. The refunds may be done by the Company as a credit refund for which the User may avail it at a later point. Further, the User additionally will be provided refund options of TT/ Wire by deducting the necessary charges. The company does not provide the exchange or general returns of their products delivered, and any return of the product has to be through the delivery personnel only.

All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to in@justkraft.com , which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made.
All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by the Company’s Customer care on following such guidelines.

3. CANCELLATION

As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same. The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):


a. if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or
b. if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or
c. in case of unavailability of a service, or
d. for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
e. if the Company does not want to do business with the User

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company by a distributor and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services or can provide the same package that is bought by you. We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
