Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes come in this aluminium hook set?
Twelve hooks from 2mm to 8mm, each about 15cm (5.9 Inch) long.

Can I use these hooks with chunky yarn?
Yes. The 6mm to 8mm hooks suit chunky and blanket yarn; the small sizes suit cotton and DK.

How is this different from the Tunisian hook set?
This set has 12 short hooks about 15cm long for regular crochet. The Tunisian set has 11 hooks 10.5 Inch long with stoppers to hold a row of loops. Pick this one for everyday crochet.

Should I pick aluminium or plastic hooks?
Aluminium hooks are slim and glide fast through yarn. The plastic set is lighter and softer on yarn at a lower price. Pick aluminium if you crochet often.
