1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We ship across India to serviceable pin codes. If an area is unserviceable, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
2. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum order value as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Any additional handling fees for oversized or fragile items will be displayed during checkout.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from order confirmation. However, in some cases, processing may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
All delivery timelines shown on the Platform are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delivery times depend on the shipping destination and may range between 2-14 business days.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, lockdowns, strikes, or transportation issues may occur, for which the JustKraft cannot be held responsible beyond reasonable control.
Delays in delivery do not qualify for cash refunds or order cancellations.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email and SMS.
You can track your order status on our Platform or the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID provided.
5. FAILED OR NON-DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed attempts:
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Re-shipping or return charges may apply
6. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with a clear, uncut unboxing video.
Missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, failing which the claim may not be accepted.
Replacements or refunds for damaged or missing items will be processed only after verification.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for shipping delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
