JustKraft follows fair MRP practices and does not inflate prices to offer fake discounts.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, or product description errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund, if applicable.

5. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways. JustKraft does not store card or banking details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of errors, fraud, or logistical issues.

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled and are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

JustKraft does not guarantee suitability, results, or outcomes from the use of any product. Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their use.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms shall limit any rights available to consumers under applicable laws including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
