Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st January 2026

This policy applies to purchases made on www.justkraft.com, operated by Shri Ram Enterprises (JustKraft).

This policy must be read together with our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Product materially differs from the specifications mentioned on the product page.

Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted, unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.

2. Damaged, Incorrect & Missing Item Claims

To raise a valid return or refund request, the customer must comply with the following:

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • A clear, uncut unpacking video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • Outer packaging
    • Inner packaging
    • Product condition
  • Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Missing Items

  • Missing item claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised beyond the specified timelines or without proper evidence may be declined. If the outer packaging is intact and no issue is reported within the applicable timeframe, the product will be deemed accepted.

3. Return Process

  • All return requests must be initiated by contacting support@justkraft.com with order details and required proof.
  • Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged through our nominated courier partner, subject to serviceability.
  • Return pickup is typically attempted within 2-4 working days.
  • Products must be returned in unused, original condition without signs of use, alteration, or damage.
  • Return pickup charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Pickup charges vary based on product weight, dimensions, and location.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully verified by our team.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Partial refunds are not issued unless expressly approved by JustKraft.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund timelines may vary slightly based on the payment method or banking partner.
  • In all cases, JustKraft’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Customised products
  • Hygiene-sensitive items
  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

Such exclusions will be clearly mentioned before purchase.

6. Order Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests raised before dispatch may be approved at the JustKraft’s discretion.
  • If cancelled after dispatch, shipping and return pickup charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders in situations including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Delivery or logistical constraints
  • Non-compliance with Terms of Service

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

8. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

  • Repeated misuse of return or refund policies may result in restriction or suspension of account access.
  • The Company reserves the right to deny future returns or orders in cases of policy abuse.
