They are self-adhesive. Peel the backing and press the shape down, no glue needed. For sheets without adhesive, choose the plain version.
Can I cut them with scissors?

Does the glitter come off?
The glitter is bonded to the surface. A small amount can shed while cutting, but it does not rub off in normal use.
