Overview
Flat, solid colour that covers in one coat. Camel Premium Poster Colour in poster green is a water based opaque paint in a 100 ml bottle, made for poster work, charts and school projects where you want the colour to read clearly from across a room. It dries to a matte finish, so there is no shine to fight with under classroom lights.

Ideal For
- School and college poster and chart work
- Art students learning flat colour and lettering
- Craft and DIY decor on paper and card
- Anyone who wants strong colour without mixing a medium
Perfect for
- Posters, charts and display boards
- Placards, banners and event signage
- Lettering and block colour backgrounds
- Paper craft, greeting cards and school projects
Compatibility
Works with: cartridge paper, chart paper, drawing sheets and card.
Pairs well with: poster and flat brushes for large fills, and a round brush for lettering.
Not suitable for: surfaces that will get wet. Poster colour stays water soluble after it dries, so a splash will lift it. For canvas, wood or anything that needs to last, use acrylic instead.
How to Use
- Shake or stir the bottle before you start.
- Take a little onto a palette and thin with water only if you want it lighter.
- Lay flat even strokes in one direction for a clean fill.
- Let each coat dry fully before you paint over it.
Before You Buy
- Brush and palette are not included.
- This is poster colour, not acrylic. It stays water soluble once dry and is not waterproof.
- Best on paper and card. It does not bond well to plastic, glass or metal.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much paint is in the bottle?
100 ml of Camel Premium Poster Colour in Poster Green, shade 345.
How is poster colour different from acrylic?
Poster colour is water based and stays soluble after drying, so it is made for paper and is easy to correct. Acrylic sets water resistant and grips canvas, wood and MDF.
Can I use this on canvas?
It will sit on canvas but it will not hold up, since it lifts with water. Acrylic is the right choice for canvas.
Does it need a medium?
No. Thin it with plain water if you want a lighter wash, and use it straight from the bottle for solid colour.
