Frequently Asked Questions
How many shades are in the DOMS Aqua water colour pen set?
There are 24 shades, one pen of each, with 2.5mm fibre tips in a clear plastic case.
How is this different from the DOMS 12 shade water colour pens?
This Aqua set has 24 shades with 2.5mm fibre tips in a case. The 12 shade pack has 12 fine tip pens in a pouch.
Will these pens work on chart paper?
Yes. They work on chart paper, drawing paper and card, but not on fabric or glossy surfaces.
Should I buy colour pens or colour pencils?
Colour pens give flat, bright colour quickly, so pick them for charts and bold colouring. Colour pencils let you shade and layer softly, so pick them for detailed shading.
