Frequently Asked Questions
How many colours come in the DOMS poster tin?
6 shades: red, green, blue, black, white and yellow, with brushes and a mixing agitator.
Does it work on chart paper?
Yes. Poster and chart paper, card and craft sheets take poster colour well for bold, even blocks.
Can I paint on wood or plastic with it?
It is made for paper and card. For wood choose acrylic, which sets water resistant.
Should I pick poster colour or watercolour cakes?
Poster colour is opaque and gives flat, solid coverage. Watercolour cakes are transparent and made for washes. Pick poster colour for charts and posters, watercolour for soft painted scenes.
