Compatibility
Works with: deep pour epoxy resin.
Pairs well with: dried flowers, silica gel for flower drying and LED light bases.
Not suitable for: UV resin, which cannot cure a layer this thick, or a thin coating resin poured deep in one go.
How to Use
- Dry flowers fully, for example in silica gel, before casting.
- Use a deep pour epoxy resin mixed to its maker's ratio.
- Pour in layers as the resin maker advises, letting each one set before the next.
- Cure fully, then flex the walls and push the block out from the base.
Before You Buy
- Resin, pigments and tools are sold separately.
- We state no food grade rating for this mould, so use it for resin and craft work rather than for food.
- Thick pours need a deep pour resin; a thin coating resin poured this deep can heat up, crack or yellow.
- Near twin: the 8 Inch hexagon deep mould is 20.3cm across; this one is 22.5x19.7cm. Both are 50mm deep.
