Perfect for
- Saree and dupatta latkan
- Blouse back tie ends
- Tassel earrings and jhumka drops
- Festive torans and wall hangings
- Gift hamper trims
Compatibility
Works with: saree pallus and borders, blouse and lehenga hems, dupattas, earring hooks, jump rings and keyrings.
Pairs well with: satin ribbon, kundan and moti beads and jewellery hooks.
Not suitable for: machine washing or a hot iron pressed directly on the thread.
Before You Buy
- Twelve per pack, so a long pallu run may need more than one pack.
- Our other 2 Inch tassels have a beaded moti top; this one has a plain wrapped top and a gold bead fringe at the tip.
- Hand wash gently, since the bead fringe can catch.
- Stitch or knot them on rather than gluing, since glue stiffens the thread.
- Dyed thread: test against a pale fabric before stitching onto anything light.
