Document the Damage:
Upon receiving your package, record a clear unpacking video that should clearly show the condition of the package upon arrival and any damage to the product itself. Ensure the video is uncut and captures the entire unpacking process.
Submit Your Claim:
App: Raise a ticket directly in our app.

Claim Verification:
Our team will review your video: Our dedicated team will thoroughly examine the video to verify the damage claim. This helps ensure a fair and efficient process.
Return & Refund:
Once verified: If the damage is confirmed, we'll promptly initiate a full refund for the product and any applicable shipping costs. You'll also receive instructions on returning the damaged item (return shipping may be covered depending on the situation).
Important Notes:
We can only accept claims for damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
A clear video showing the damage to the product and packaging is mandatory for processing your claim.
We reserve the right to deny claims if the video evidence is unclear or inconclusive.
