- Portrait and still life practice at a fixed size
- Plein air work that has to travel flat
- Framing behind glass or in a slip frame
Compatibility
Works with: oil colours, acrylic colours and painting mediums.
Pairs well with: a tabletop easel and a painting knife for thicker passages.
Not suitable for: watercolour, and heavy soaking or wet mounting, which can warp the board.
Before You Buy
- The transparent primer leaves the linen its natural warm tone rather than white.
- The photo is shared across sizes in this range.
- Not the same as the Pan Art cotton canvas panel, which is white primed cotton; pick this one for a linen ground.
