Frequently Asked Questions

What size is this flap sling bag plastic canvas base?
The body and flap panel measures 17x18 Inch (43.2x45.7cm), the larger of the two flap sling sizes.

Which yarn works best on this mesh?
The fine grid suits 4 ply, DK and cotton yarn. Match the yarn thickness to the hole size so the mesh is fully covered.

How is this different from the 13.5x14 Inch flap sling base?
The shape and pieces are the same, but this panel is 17x18 Inch, the other is 13.5x14 Inch, so this makes a bigger bag.

Should I buy a pre cut base or a plain plastic canvas sheet?
A pre cut base is already shaped for one bag style, so you only stitch and join. The plain 20x13 Inch sheet is cut to any shape you draw. Pick the base if you want this exact bag.
