Frequently Asked Questions
How many palette knives are in the set?
The set holds 5 plastic palette knives.
Can I use them with clay?
Yes. They spread, smooth and shape soft air dry and foam clay.
How is this different from a clay sculpting tool set?
Palette knives have flat flexible blades for mixing and spreading; a sculpting set has shaped tips for carving and detail.
Should I pick plastic or steel palette knives?
Plastic knives are light, flexible and easy to wash, which suits beginners and paste work. Steel knives are firmer and last longer for heavy knife painting.
