Perfect for
- Saree kuchu along the pallu and border
- Blouse, lehenga and dupatta latkan
- Tassel earrings and jhumka drops
- Rakhi and bookmark ends
- Festive torans and wall hangings
Compatibility
Works with: saree pallus and borders, blouse and lehenga hems, dupattas, earring hooks, jump rings and keyrings.
Pairs well with: satin ribbon, kundan and moti beads and jewellery hooks.
Not suitable for: machine washing or a hot iron pressed directly on the thread.
Before You Buy
- Twelve per pack, so a long pallu run may need more than one pack.
- Our plain thread tassels have a gold wrapped top and no beads; this one has a beaded moti top.
- Shade can vary slightly between dye lots, so buy a full set in one go.
- Stitch or knot them on rather than gluing, since glue stiffens the thread.
- Dyed thread: test against a pale fabric before stitching onto anything light.
