Compatibility
Works with: set wax seals, paper and card. The maker's pack also lists lacquer, metal, wood, stone, glass and fabric as suitable surfaces.
Pairs well with: sealing wax beads, a brass wax seal stamp and dark card stock.
Not suitable for: melting or making a seal. This pen colours a seal that is already made; it is not sealing wax and must never be lit.
How to Use
- Shake the pen with the cap on, then press the tip down on scrap paper until the ink flows.
- Let your wax seal set hard and cool completely.
- Draw lightly over the raised parts of the design only.
- Leave it to dry before you handle or post the piece.

- This is a marker pen, not sealing wax. If you want wax to melt and stamp, the sealing wax beads and sticks in this range are what you need.
- The ink is oil based, so it stays wet longer than a water based pen and can smudge until dry.
