Water soluble graphite or ordinary graphite, which should I pick?
Ordinary graphite stays put when water touches it and erases cleanly. Water soluble graphite dissolves into washes but can reactivate if it gets wet again. Pick ordinary graphite for dry drawing, water soluble for sketch and wash.
