Frequently Asked Questions
How many colours can I fill in this palette?
It has 15 grids, so you can fill up to 15 colours, with a flat tray for mixing.
How is it different from the 8 grid palette?
This one has 15 grids and opens to 15x7.5cm. The 8 grid palette is smaller, about 6x6cm open, for a minimal pocket kit.
Can I use it for gouache?
Yes, tube gouache can be filled into the grids and rewet like watercolour.
Should I fill my own palette or buy a watercolour cake set?
A palette you fill lets you choose up to 15 colours from tubes. A cake set comes ready to paint with fixed colours. Pick this palette if you already own tubes.
