Frequently Asked Questions
How many ring magnets do I get?
The listing is for 20 black ferrite ring magnets, listed as 20x20x5mm and marked 2.1cm across on the card.
Will these stick to a fridge or whiteboard?
Yes, ferrite holds on steel, so they work on fridges, steel whiteboards and notice boards.
Can I screw them to wood?
Yes, pass a screw through the centre hole; do not overtighten, as ferrite can crack.
Ferrite or neodymium rings?
Ferrite is black, low cost and resists rust, with a moderate pull, so pick it for classroom sets and craft. Neodymium is silver and much stronger for its size, so pick it where a small magnet must hold firmly.
