Glass Dip Pen Set | 18cm Pen, Ink Bottle & Rest | Gift Box - Calligraphy

Write with a pen that holds ink in its twisted glass tip, so one dip gives several lines. This glass dip pen gift set holds a glass pen about 18cm (7.1 inch) long, a small bottle of ink and a clear pen rest, in a printed box. The spiral grooves on the tip carry the ink down to the point, and the tip rinses clean in water between colours, so you can test every ink on your desk.

Frequently Asked Questions

What comes in the glass dip pen set?
A glass dip pen of about 18cm, a bottle of ink and a pen rest, in a gift box.

How is a glass dip pen different from a metal nib dip pen?
This pen is one 18cm piece of glass that writes an even line and cleans instantly in water. A metal nib set such as the 6 piece oblique pen gives thick and thin strokes from 5 nib sizes, which suits formal calligraphy better.

Can I change ink colours?
Yes. Rinse the tip in water and dry it before dipping into a new colour.

Which ink should I use with it?
Any bottled writing or calligraphy ink, such as the 40ml calligraphy inks. The small bottle in the box gets you started.
