Frequently Asked Questions

The border buddy has 3 stepped towers for winding loops; the coach is 1 flat paddle gauge for sizing coils.

Which strips can I wind on it?
Use quilling strips from 3mm to 10mm wide.

Do I need a border buddy or a crimper?
A border buddy winds even loops, so it suits loop flowers and borders. A crimper textures a strip along its length, so it suits ruffled petals and leaves.
